Software for trading-card vending

Run a card vending route without guessing at prices.

Pack Station prices every lane against live market data, tells you which machines to visit, and produces the statement your host gets paid from. You stock the machines. It runs them.

From $69/month including three machines · Machines from $2,500

Pricing

One price for three machines. Twenty dollars a machine after that, dropping as you grow.

Most software makes the fourth machine cost more than the first three combined. Ours doesn't — the price climbs twenty dollars at a time, and the rate falls to $14 a machine past ten.

You don't have to jump a plan to get one thing. Take them individually, or move up when two or more start to add up.

Typical banded pricing

+$59

What the fourth machine costs when a plan jumps straight from three machines to ten. An 84% increase to add one cabinet.

Pack Station

+$20

The fourth machine, and the fifth, and the sixth. Your cost per machine stays flat while you grow instead of spiking.

Machines 11–25

$14

The rate falls as the fleet grows, so a bigger route always costs less per machine than a small one.

Plans

Two plans. Machines are metered, and the rate falls as you grow.

What it does

The parts of a route that are boring, tedious, or easy to get wrong.

Every lane, priced and counted, from anywhere.

01

Prices that follow the market

Set a margin target once. Every night each lane is repriced against live card data, rounded to a sensible number, and pushed to the machine. Every change is logged so you can see what moved and when.

02

Statements your host trusts

The host's share is calculated the same way the price was — net of processing, before tax — and printed as a document, not a screenshot. Once it's settled it doesn't change.

03

It won't sell an empty lane

The machine believes its own sensor over the stock count. If a coil is empty, that lane stops selling — whatever the dashboard thinks. Taking money for nothing is the one failure worth engineering out.

04

Tap to pay, no terminal

Customers scan a code and pay by card or digital wallet — no card reader to buy and nothing extra to rent each month. The money goes straight to your own bank account.

05

Updates take care of themselves

Improvements and fixes reach your machines on their own, overnight, and never in the middle of a sale. There is nothing for you to install and no visit to make.

06

You find out before the host does

A machine that stops reporting, a lane below a quarter full, or a coil that has quietly died — each one messages you. Silence is the expensive failure in vending.

Machines

Buy the cabinet outright. It's yours.

You buy the machine from us. We configure it, load your planogram and ship it ready to place. No lease, no finance agreement, no lien on your equipment.

Cabinets take payment by QR code, so there's no card reader to buy and no per-terminal monthly fee — a saving of about $120 a year on every machine you run.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks first.

Your machine, kept running

You own the cabinet outright. The subscription is the part that keeps it working — managing your fleet, supporting you when something goes wrong, and pushing out fixes and improvements as they're needed.

Your money is your money

Payments settle into your own account, in your name. We never hold your customers' funds, and we don't take a cut of your sales — you pay for the software, not a percentage of what you sell.

Your data is always yours

Export your sales history and every host statement whenever you want them. Those records back the agreements you've signed with your locations, so they belong to you — not to us.
